Ski training
The programme includes training at the Nosal Ski Training Centre and three other ski centres where cross-country skiing training, slaloms and other exercises will be carried out to improve ski techniques. On Friday, all course participants take part in acquiring 6 Stramuś Bear’s badges during classes. This exam aims to assess their skills and group them according to the appropriate level of proficiency. On the sixth day, the SKI CROSS slalom competitions for the Cup of Winter Holidays 2023 take place. At the end, the winners will get cups and medals. Children are classified by year of birth.
ORIGINAL CHILDREN'S TRAINING PROGRAM
Our school is the first one in Poland which has developed its own system of ski training for children, recommended by the Association of Ski Instructors and Coaches of the Polish Ski Federation. It has been created based on our multi-year experience and results from our great passion for skiing which we would like to pass on to younger generations.
We invite all children aged from 4 to 14 years old who are just starting their first skiing steps and those who want to improve their skiing skills.
Monday

** For children skiing and snowboarding independently or accompanied by their parents. Instructors are present and lead the attractions, they do not provide training. Lift pass required - we suggest an evening or 1h pass.

Courses can be partly paid in advance by booking online. Surcharge is possible: by bank transfer (via the link sent to the email - on request) or directly at the school office:

Important: The participants must have their own ski helmet
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
A refund (less a booking fee of 50pln/person) is possible in the event of a timely cancellation:
- at the latest 72h before the start of the course
- less than 72 hours before the start of the course, the basis for the refund is a medical certificate.
A refund is also possible during the course in the event of illness of a child (upon presentation of a doctor's certificate). The amount refunded will be reduced by the number of days used.
