Ski training
Course participants must be at intermediate or advanced level. The goal of the course is primarily to improve skiing techniques.
During classes, we practice skiing on ski routes and we also introduce elements of sport slalom riding. On Wednesday, a trip to another ski centre is organised where we will train cross-country skiing and giant slalom. On Thursday, standard speed measurement is taken on a delimited ski route. Exam on technical skiing takes place on Friday, which aims to assess skills and group participants according to the appropriate level of proficiency. At the end of the course on Saturday, children take part in the SKI CROSS slalom competitions.
ORIGINAL CHILDREN'S TRAINING PROGRAM
All children aged from 4 to 14 years old, regardless whether they are just starting their first skiing steps or can ski and want to improve their skiing skills, take part in our system of training and improving skiing techniques for children.
This programme has been developed by the STRAMA school and we are proud that we are the first school in Poland to create such a professional training system.
