TRAINING PACKAGES (non-refundable)

 For every package purchased for a child, a selected workshop in Stramuśland is FREE!

1 hour lesson = 55 minutes
The prices include VAT 23%. At the Nosal Ski Centre the price includes instruction and the ski lift cost for the instructor.
The training price does not include the cost ski pass for the trainee. Having a ski pass is obligatory.
Every student needs to have skipass, ski/snowboard equipment, ski helmet during the lesson.

In peak hours, i.e. 10-14, the STRAMA school has a limited number of instructors for private training. We suggest choosing group lessons and courses.

Advance booking guarantees the instructor's availability at the selected time and no unnecessary waiting. The booked lesson must be paid for at least 2 hours before its start. For lessons starting at 9.00am and 10.00am, you must pay the day before class starts.

In the case of e-mail reservations, a 100% prepayment of the training value is required.
Lessons not paid for within the specified time will be canceled.

• CANCELLATION AND RETURNS (private lessons - does not apply to packages):
  Resignation from the purchased individual training should be reported at least 2 hours before its start (during school working hours). Lessons taking place at 9.00am and 10.00am must be canceled the day before training.

The email subject should be “Lesson cancellation + [training date]”. Emails are read during the online booking office hours (9am-5pm/6pm)

• LESSON CANCELLATION (training packages):
  Training must be cancelled at least 2 hours before it starts (during school working hours). Lessons taking place at 9.00am and 10.00am must be canceled the day before training. In the case of packages, there are no refunds for cancelled lessons. The training, cancelled in accordance with the regulations, remains to be used at another date.

Promotion ! 5 or 10 hour TRAINING package:

• The purchased package should be used in the winter season 2024/2025.
• PROMOTION: to each package purchased for a child a voucher to Stramuśland FREE! 5h package - 1h stay voucher. 10h package - 2h voucher including stay and workshops. Entry to the workshop on the basis of a voucher wristband. If you purchase the package online, please come to the school office to collect the wristband-voucher. Due to a limited number of places, workshops must be booked in advance.
• The return of the training package or its unused part is possible only in the following cases:
  - injury confirmed by a medical certificate
  - with the consent of the STRAMA School instructor when the child is not physically and mentally ready to benefit from the training - applies to children up to 5 years old (skis) and 7 years old (snowboarding).
• Apart from the cases mentioned above, the purchased package is non-refundable
• The package can be used by the person / persons for whom the package was purchased

TRAINING FOR ORGANIZED GROUPS
