Terms of online payment (PayU) for lessons, courses and training.
PayU electronic payments
On the terms set out in the PayU terms and conditions, PayU provides the electronic payment service for STRAMA Sport i Turystyka Sp. z o.o., ul. Balzera 19A, 34-500 Zakopane.
The service is provided on condition that you: read the PayU Payment Terms and accept them (making a payment counts as acceptance), provide correct details, and acknowledge that giving your details is voluntary and that you have the rights set out in the GDPR. Using the service is voluntary and free of charge.

Online course booking runs through the Tripsomnia booking platform; all obligations and responsibility for delivering the training rest with STRAMA School. Booking requires a unique e-mail address and a completed form (first name, surname, e-mail, phone); prices in the system are gross prices. The booking contract is concluded once you receive e-mail confirmation of the order terms; the confirmation, together with the payment terms and the rules for changes and cancellations, is sent automatically.
Payments via Tripsomnia
The online payment provider is Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd (payment cards, Przelewy24, BLIK). Prices in the system are gross prices; the binding price is the one shown in the order summary. The contract is concluded once the price, or the prepayment given in the booking confirmation, is paid; the prepayment is refunded (within a maximum of 10 working days) if the contract is not concluded. If no places are available in the system, it means there are no places left on the course you have chosen.
