WARM-UP WITH STRAMUŚ THE BEAR

Every ski course begins with a warm-up that will help prevent painful injuries, improve coordination and confidence when skiing. Young students will be accompanied by the most loyal supporter - the mascot Stramuś the Bear, who during the lesson will not only cheer enthusiastically, but also create a friendly and fun atmosphere.

SKI OBSTACLE COURSES

We conduct professional, effective and engaging training for children in a playful format using obstacles and slalom. During the exercises, children motivate and support each other in further practice.

FROM KINDERGARTEN TO INSTRUCTOR

Our school, as the first in Poland, developed an original ski training system for children, recommended by SITN PZN. Course participants, after passing the exam and achieving the gold badge, are authorized to participate in the first stage of the ski instructor course, provided they are in the age group 12-16 years old (demonstrator course).

SKI COMPETITION

At the end of the ski course, children will participate in their first real ski competition. Before the competition, instructors organize training sessions for their groups, which aim to familiarize children with the descent course, among other things.

6 STRAMUS THE BEAR BADGES

A ski program for the youngest children, prepared by our school, consists of 6 stages. When a child masters the skills assigned to each stage and passes the exam, they receive a special Stramus Bear badge. The exam is conducted by instructors of STRAMA school.

DIPLOMAS, MEDALS, TROPHIES

All children receive diplomas for participation and completion of the ski course, an index with a badge and company gifts. Children participating in ski competitions receive medals, and competition winners receive trophies.

STRAMUS BEAR INDEX

Every child participating in the ski course who takes the technical skiing exam will receive a Stramus Bear Index. The index will record their progress in ski course or snowboard lesson training and information about passing the exam.

STRAMUS THE BEAR GADGETS

Smiling Stramus the Bear loves children and supports them during their first steps on skis and snowboard. After the course, children can't part with the Bear, so Stramus decided to create his own collection of toys, clothes and small gadgets so that children could have the Bear with them all year round.

ZAKOPANE THERMAL BATHS

All participants of our ski courses with Stramus Bear Badges receive a 30% discount on accommodation and swimming pool activities. For lottery winners we have prepared free entry passes!!!

STRAMUŚLAND

We invite all children to stay and participate in workshops at Stramuśland - the kingdom of Stramuś Bear.nUnique interior design, extraordinary equipment, wonderful attractions and special workshops make it a place where children feel safe and eagerly return.
