Why it is worth standing on the slope with us

STRAMA is one of the leading ski schools in Poland — a SITN PASS licence and our own children's training programme based on the 6 Stramus Bear Badges. You work on the best-prepared teaching slope at the foot of Nosal, with all the facilities of the Ski Training Centre.

Here you are not a number on a timetable. You have a regular group, the support of senior instructors and a real say in how you run your lessons.

Who we are looking for

Ski instructors10 places, SITN PZN or state qualifications
Snowboard instructors5 places, SITN PZN or SITS qualifications
A heart for childrenmost of our participants are aged 4 to 14
Foreign languageswelcome, there is a lot of work with guests from abroad

A season at the foot of Nosal is not a job from bell to bell. It is a team that goes up onto the slope together in the morning and sits down at the table together in the evening — and comes back here the next winter.
