To pick up your name badge, please come on the day of the course from 11:00 AM.

A refund of the course fee – reduced by an administration fee of 100 PLN/person (however no more than 300 PLN in the case of families) – is possible:
- without stating a reason up to 72 hours before the course starts
- upon presentation of a medical certificate less than 72 hours before the course starts
A refund is also possible at any time during the course in case of illness (upon presentation of a medical certificate) in an amount reduced by the days used.

Before the course

How to prepare

1 A helmet is mandatory until age 16. Safety has no age limit – we recommend everyone wear a helmet while skiing!

2 A lift pass is mandatory. Please purchase your lift pass before the start of classes.

3 Equipment rental before classes – if you do not have your own equipment, please rent it in advance. This will allow you to start classes fully prepared to ski.

4 Punctuality – please arrive on time for classes.
